3Sixty Jeep Club Membership Tiers & Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility Requirements (Applies to All Tiers) To ensure an engaged and responsible membership, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

·       Club Involvement – Must actively participate in at least three (3) club events and/or contribute a minimum of 10 volunteer hours to club activities (such as trail cleanups, event setup, or community outreach etc.) to remain in good standing

·       Jeep Ownership– Must currently own a Jeep (proof of ownership required at sign-up or renewal). (Excludes Family Add-On members)

·       Valid Driver’s License– All members, including Family Add-On members, must have a valid driver’s license (DL).

·       Tread Lightly Principles– Must agree to follow Tread Lightly! and Leave No Trace, guidelines to promote responsible off-roading and environmental stewardship.

·       Club Code of Conduct – Must acknowledge and adhere to the club’s code of conduct, which includes respect for fellow members, safe driving practice, and responsible representation of the club.

·       Driver & Vehicle Preparedness – Members must ensure their Jeep is trail-ready for off-road events (if participating), including proper safety equipment, recovery gear, and up-to-date vehicle registration & insurance.

YEARLY MEMBERSHIP TIERS PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. 3SIXTY JEEP CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE MEMBERSHIP

Parking Lot Princess – $25 year

·       Club side windshield banner

Trail Rider – $50 year

·       All parking lot princess/prince benefits

·       Access to members-only facebook forum

·       Discounts for merchandise from club partners

·       Exclusive 3sixty jeep club shirt

Off-Road Adventurer – $75year

·       All Trail Rider benefits

·       Full windshield banner (upgraded from side banner)

·       Priority registration for club-organized events

·       VIP access to select club events

·       Name listed on the club website as a sponsor-level member

·       Special annual club gift

Legendary Jeeper – $100/year

•       All Off-Road Adventurer benefits

•       Featured spotlight in the club’s social media

•       Invitation to exclusive VIP events

•       Recognition at the annual banquet/event

•       Custom club exclusive gear

Lifetime Membership – $500 (One-Time Payment or 5 consecutive Yearly Payments of $100)

•       All Legendary Jeeper benefits

•       Lifetime recognition on the club website

•       Exclusive lifetime member badge or plaque

•       Special commemorative club gift

No annual renewal required Family Add-On Membership

 (Non-Jeep Owner) – $25.00 year for spouses, partners, or immediate family members who want to be involved in club activities but do not own their own Jeep.

Family Add-On Benefits:

·       Must be sponsored by a primary member (any tier)

·       Must have a valid driver’s license (DL)

·       Can attend all club events (trail rides, meetups, community service, etc.) as a passenger or co-pilot

·       Access to members-only Facebook group or forum Eligible for club discounts on merchandise & partner deals

·       Cannot vote in club decisions or hold leadership positions
